On this United Nations International Day of the Girl Child, Ms. Magazine and friends were in Washington, DC celebrating the magazine's 40th Anniversary. In this episode, we hear from our own Jamila Bey as well as Ms. founder and activist Gloria Steinem whom Jamila exclusively interviewed. The National Women's Law Center is previewing the Vice Presidential debates by talking about the policy issues that didn't come up in President Obama and challenger Mitt Romney's debate. Fatima Goss Graves joins us in studio to look into the issues that might be brought up by the Vice Presidential contenders. Then we get the background on the stars of tonights VP debate between Vice President and U.S. Representative Paul Ryan.
